We offer high speed, high definition cnc plasma cutting that can be delivered to you with an exceptionally fast lead time. Our cnc plasma allows highly complex shapes to be cut with ease. With the latest profiling technology and cnc programming software, high quality cut items can be profiles from sheet metal. The cut parts can be post-processed upon request with coating, heat-treatment and others. Dolan Engineering is strategically located near the centre of Ireland delivering our cnc plasma cutting service to the whole of Ireland and across to the UK. We always take a unique approach to ensure your pieces reach the optimum outcome whether they are made from mild steel, aluminium or stainless steel. Our plasma cutting machine can accommodate most requirements in thicknesses ranging from 1mm through to 50mm thick with true hole technology.

What materials does our CNC Plasma Cutting services use?
At Dolan Engineering we offer a CNC Plasma Cutting services capable of cutting all types of material including Mild Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Hardox Steel. We use Hypertherm’s HPRXD® which has the patented TrueHole technology that produces significantly better hole quality than what has been previously possible using plasma. Our CNC Plasma cutter can cut sheets up to 4 meters x 2 meters and pierce up to 35 mm thick and edge cut up to 50 mm thick material.

At Dolan Engineering, we have a 4-metre-long by 2-metre wide-size plasma cutting table. Our CNC plasma cutting bed is the perfect way to create high-quality cut items that can be profiles from sheet metal.
